Tag Wednesday: The Lip Product Addict TAG!

I saw Fleur de Force doing this tag on Youtube, and it immediately spoke to me. Lip products are usually what every makeup lover has the most of, due to their diverse color and texture selection. And, they are one of the most affordable products when it comes to makeup. Depending on your knowledge of makeup history, you might be familiar with something called “The Lipstick Effect” This is referring to times that were extremely hard on the economy (like the Great Depression!) In the US from 1929 to 1933, industrial production was down less than half, but sales of cosmetics rose. This kind of history story amazes me. The reason that cosmetics were able to hold on, was simply the cost. People couldn’t afford cars, or fancy things for their homes. But women would still flock to cosmetic counters to get a tube of their favorite colored lipstick to cheer them up. Enough history, but you get the point. A junkie is a junkie, no matter the era, or the financial state!

Anyways- there are 8 questions total for this tag, without more rambling, lets jump in!

1.) Favorite Balm/Treatment?
The Clarins lip balm, made ever so famous by Lupita at this year’s Oscars has been my favorite for a long time. I was so excited when I saw her whip out that little blue tube. Clarins had a huge shortage of the balms after that aired … talk about advertising. Now that Lupita is the face of Lancome, I am sure you won’t see her with it anymore! I also like the Creme de Rose lip balm by Dior, but I don’t like to put my fingers in my lip balm… so Clarins it is!

2.) Best Eye Catching Red?
This is a new love of mine, but it is strong. The Hourglass Opaque Rouge lipstick in Icon is incredible. I can wear these for hours before I start to see any wear, and when I do, it’s easily topped up without looking cakey. They feel sticky when swatched, but are comfortable on the lip. Dry enough for you to know they aren’t going anywhere, but comfortable enough to not be topped with a gloss.

3.) Best Luxury and Best Drugstore?
My YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks will always win best luxury. These lipsticks are so creamy, so smooth, and the packaging alone is a reason to buy them. They are seriously like a piece of jewelry. For drugstore, I love the Maybelline color elixirs. They have been a huge staple in my day to day makeup lately. Awesome color range, and the formula is amazing.

4.) Best MAC lipstick?
I am not a huge fan of MAC lipsticks. There, I said it. I have so many of them, and I am always trying to find one that I love, but they come very rare. One that I am loving lately though is Candy Yum Yum. I won’t lie, I bought it just to say I had it, but I put it on one night when Sabah and I were having some wine, and it’s now kind of a big thing for me. I will be trying some more of the MAC matte formulas, maybe those will be winners for me.

5.) The most disappointing?
Too Faced Lip Injections! I got my first one in my “A few of my favorite things” palette over the holidays, and I was so excited to see such a wearable nude color included in the kit. I put the lip product on first thing, and I am telling you, it was like actual bees were stinging my lips. (Irony – the shade is called Bee Sting) Once I got over the burning sensation, I noticed that the lip product actually made my lips peel. I went back to it a few times because I love the color so much, but after the same results, it just wasn’t worth it anymore. Also, dis-honorable mention for disappointment… I also don’t like the EOS lip balms. They dry my lips out, and also make them peel.

6.) Liner – yes or no?
I am kind of on both sides of the fence with this one. I love the way that liners extend the wear of your lip product, and how they define the cupid’s bow, and I always use them on brides. I think clear lipliners can be very helpful for women who find their lip color bleeds outside of their lip line … but on a day to day basis, I never use them. They are just one extra step I usually don’t have time to take.

7.) Best Gloss?
This one has to go to Clarins as well. Their Gloss Prodige line is phenomenal. They have awesome pigment, the applicator is great, they aren’t offensively sticky, and they smell amazing.

8.) Something Extra!
Elf Studio Lip Exfoliator. This product is not raved about enough. It is $3.00, tastes great (that matters to me in a lip exfoliator!) and it really does the job. Anytime my lips feel a bit dry, I will buff them with this product, follow with a generous amount of balm, and my flakes are gone in no time. For the price, everyone should have one of these on hand!

I tag all of you beauty vloggers/bloggers out there to do this, and let me know if you do because I am dying to read your answers!

Tag Wednesday: I heart Spring tag!

Keeping up with my effort to think positively that Spring is here, I found this tag online and loved the questions, as they are just so appropriate for this time of year! Grab a cup of tea, and let’s talk Spring!

1. Favorite spring nail polish?
I am loving an old favorite lately. Sally Hansen X-treme Wear in Pacific Blue has been my go to. I’ve also been loving red nails lately, even though I usually like those more in the winter. That says a lot about the weather we have been having …

2. What is your must-have lip color this spring?
Candy Yum Yum by MAC! I have been loving this for a long time, and finally feel like it’s getting appropriate to wear! Also, my Wet and Wild MegaLast lipstick in 903C has been a go to lately.

3. Do you have a favorite spring dress?
Honestly … I have a ton of little dresses for Spring, but my favorite Spring outfit is definitely a floral jumpsuit that I got in Toronto with Almira. It was the tiniest hole in the wall store, and it was amazing. I think it was off of Queen Street … Almira, do you remember the name of it?

4. What’s your favorite flower?
I love Gerber Daisies, Tulips, and I like Mums. Mums are beautiful, and they last forever in a flower arrangement.

5. Favorite spring scarf/accessory?
I have a scarf that I got at a thrift store, and I love it. I can’t wait to start wearing it. It is definitely a Spring scarf, since the material is so thin, but it’s huge and I love it.

6. What spring trend(s) are you most excited about this year? (Makeup, fashion or both!)
I am really enjoying all the colored mascaras, and super natural faces with a pop of colored eyeliner. For people (like me) that are intimidated by color, its a wonderful compromise.

7. Favorite spring candle?
Market Peach from Bath and Body works smells amazing, but to be honest, I burn most of my candles in the colder months. I will have a Market Peach one burning outside on the deck this Spring though 🙂

8. Favorite body spray/perfume for spring?
Guerlain Limon de Verde has been my go to. I am also really liking my new fragrance by TOCCA.

9. What is spring like where you live?
Spring in Nova Scotia is sometimes beautiful, and sometimes depressing. This year has been a grey, cold, wet Spring so far, and I am praying it warms up soon. Before I lose my mind!

10. What’s your favorite thing about spring?
Getting out of my winter funk. I’m not a person who appreciates all four seasons. I just like hot sunny weather. So when things start to melt and I can start wearing sandals and maxi dresses, I am a much happier person!

11. Are you a spring cleaner?
Absolutely. I am an all around cleaner. I go through phases, and every once in awhile, the need for a serious deep clean will hit me. But I try to keep things very tidy year round so it’s never such a shock to the system.

12. Any plans for spring break or an upcoming vacation?
Yes, Almira and I will actually be going to Florida .. probably in July, and I also am planning a trip with my boyfriend soon, but no word on details yet 🙂

Tag Wednesday: The four or more tag!

What a day it has been. I went out on the deck to have my morning tea and relax, and I find my cat Dexter trying to break into a birdhouse that is housing a family of baby birds. Fact about me: I am terrified of birds, and avoid them as much as I can. The whole drama resulted in me poking a broom at Dexter, yelling at him to get down out of the tree.
20140427-124443.jpg
After all of that, I was thankful for a relaxing Tag Wednesday post. This is a tag I saw emilynoel83 do on Youtube, and it’s my favorite one I have seen in a long time. The whole premise is to show products that you have four or more of. This really shows what products work well for you, and I can’t wait to see what everyone else has, the more these videos and blogs go up.
I won’t lie, most of these are lip products, as they are more inexpensive (normally) and it’s rare that I will have four or more of the same foundation or powder hanging around. Here we go!
20140427-114712.jpg
Clarins Rouge Éclat Lipsticks: I have these in (left to right) 01 Nude Rose, 04 Tropical Pink, 11 Passion Red, and 13 Woodrose.

Revlon Lipsticks: 510 Berry Rich, 453 Love that Pink, 745 Raspberry Bite and 840 Honey Bare.

Maybelline Lipsticks: 805 Pink Freeze, 976 Rose Quartz, 977 Rockin Fuchsia and 975 Moonstone Mauve.

CoverGirl Lipsticks: 395 Darling, 325 Spellbound, 310 Smitten and 350 Etheral.

Revlon Lip Butters: 047 Pink Lemonade, 090 Sweet Tart, 095 Crème Brulee, 050 Berry Smoothie, 080 Strawberry Shortcake, 053 Sorbet, 085 Sugar Plum, 001 Pink Truffle, 025 Peach Parfait and 063 Wild Watermelon.

MAC lipsticks: Pink Nouveau, Party Line, Syrup, Crème Cup, and Candy Yum Yum.
20140427-130355.jpg

Clarins Blush Prodige: 04 Sunset Coral, 02 Soft Peach, 03 Miami Pink, 05 Rosewood.

MAC eyeshadows: Omega, Bronze, Shroom, All that Glitters, and Black Tied.

Maybelline Baby Lips: **Sidenote, my favorite one I have actually isn’t posted, as I can’t find it. The Cherry Me shade, is INCREDIBLE! 25 Pink Punch, 60 Melon Mania, 70 Pink Shock, 30 Peach Kiss and 90 Minty Sheer.

Clarins Joli Rouge Lipsticks: 734 Poppy Red, 702 Rose Sorbet, 705 Soft Berry and 736 Pink Magnolia.

Marc Jacobs Fragrance: (Not going to lie, the bottles do it to me everytime) Daisy Eau So Fresh, Oh Lola!, Daisy, Daisy Eau So Fresh (Sunshine edition)

Benefit Box o’Powders: Dandelion, Coralista, Sugarbomb, 10, Georgia, Throbb, Dallas, Bella Bamba, Hervana, Hoola and Rockateur.

Phew – now I have to admit, I am sure I have four or more of other products, but I don’t want to bore everyone, and make this a three day post!

Tell me some of yours! What do you have four or more of??

Tag Wednesday: I love Drugstore Makeup Tag!

1. What is your favorite drugstore makeup brand overall?
I think I would have to say Maybelline. They have really found a place in my collection with some of their new products. The cream blush sticks and the Master Hi-light blushes are rocking my world right now.

2. What are your favorite face, cheek and lip products?
I love the Marcelle BB cream, and I love the L’Oreal True Match Lumi foundation. That stuff makes my skin look so glowy and amazing. For cheeks, Maybelline wins. Cream blush sticks, and Master Hi-Light blushes. And for lips, the Maybelline Color Elixirs are so incredible.

3. Least favorite product?
I really didn’t like the Colorstay whipped foundation from Revlon. Or I should say it didn’t like me. Total rash like breakout from that. I also hate a multitude of drugstore mascaras, such as L’Oreal Butterfly effect, and the Maybelline Big Eyes mascara. Those flake on me so badly.

4. What is the best makeup bargain?
I always feel so good about my Essence products. They are so cheap, and more often than not, can compete with my other drugstore products, and even some high end lines as well. Also, NYC Sunny bronzer is amazing too. And it’s like $2.99 CAD. You can’t lose!

5. What is your favorite underdog product? (Something you love that often gets overlooked?)
The Maybelline Line Express eyeliners are actually incredible. I found one not too long ago, and was shocked at how creamy they are. They are so smooth, and do not tug at your eyes at all. And the color range is awesome! Also, the Rimmel eye makeup remover. This stuff goes on sale all the time, and it works SO well.

6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?
As much as I love them, I feel like the Maybelline Master Hi-Light blushes are very pricey. They retail for $16.99 plus tax at the drugstores, and that seems like a lot. That being said, the product is amazing, and I will continue to buy them. Also, Olay products are ridiculously overpriced. For a few dollars more you can get higher end skincare, and with Olay, you really are just paying for the advertising.

7. Show your best drugstore dupe(s)!!
This question would take forever to answer, but for people who read my blog, you know I show one every Friday, and let you know what one is worth it.

8. Drugstore product that isn’t worth the hype?
For me, Colorstay foundation (The regular version) is not worth it for me. The packaging is absolute garbage, the stuff smells like industrial paint remover, and it feels like spackle on the skin. I love that they have two formulas for dry and for oilier skin, but I just can’t get on board with the smell.

Here are the questions again! I tag all of you guys, and would love if you would copy these in the comments and let me know your opinons!

1. What is your favorite drugstore makeup brand overall?
2. What are your favorite face, cheek and lip products?
3. Least favorite product?
4. What is the best makeup bargain?
5. What is your favorite underdog product? (Something you love that often gets overlooked?)
6. A drugstore product that is overpriced?
7. Show your best drugstore dupe(s)!!
8. Drugstore product that isn’t worth the hype?

Happy Hump Day!

Tag Wednesday: Leibster Award Questions!

Hello Everyone! Those who read my blog know that I was recently nominated for a Leibster award. It’s an awesome thing for a blogger to hear, and I have been nominated a seond time by another blogger! Starr Shyne over at http://starrsparkles.com nominated me, and I loved the questions that she asked. I already have my nominations in the past Leibster award post, but I wanted to answer her questions for me! Here we go!

1. What is your holy grail makeup product?
Something that I don’t like to find myself without is Bioderma, and something to fill my brows in with.

2. Favorite Lipstick of all time?
My YSL Rouge Volupte lipsticks are my favorite. Number 09 is probably my favorite, but the formula and the packaging of these lipsticks cannot be beat!

3. If you could only use on make-up brand what would it be?
This is one of the hardest questions I get from people. I am inclined to say Clarins because their foundations work really well for me, and foundations very often break me out.

4. What is your most purchased make-up item?
Bioderma. I have bought SO much of that over the years. And Shiseido Cotton.

5. Which of your makeup brushes could you not live without?
My Precision Cheek Brush by LancĂ´me, my angled liner brush for my brows, and my Icing powder brush.

6. Falsies or no? Individual or Strip?
Yes for special occasions. And I usually do individuals. I find if you lose one or two its not a big deal, but if a full strip of lash falls at the corner, you can look like you have a lazy eye in pictures.

7. What store do you purchase most of your stuff from?
Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty Boutiques. The optimum program cannot be beat by anything, and the only time I shop at Sephora, it’s for things I can’t get at the Boutiques. Butif I ever travel to Toronto or Montreal, I will go to Murale. They have more selection and also accept the optimum card.

8. What is your favorite moisturizer?
I haven’t found one that I am married to yet. But I will say, The Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Night Cream has been rocking my world for awhile now.

9. Favorite Make-up remover?
Third Mention. Bioderma.

10. What is your favorite thing to talk about on your blog?
I love doing haul posts and empties posts. And I also love doing Top 5 posts!

Thank you again to Starr for the nomination. You guys should check her blog out, She’s amazing!

Tag Wednesday: 20 Random Questions!

1. What is the one product you’d grab if your house was on fire?

I was originally thinking Bioderma (surprise surprise) but I am actually going to say my Clarisonic. I have used that thing religiously since I bought it, and I love it. It’s expensive, and it would suck to have to buy a new one.

2. Which beauty vlogger would you want to do your makeover?
I would like Kandee Johnson, or Julieg713 to do my makeup … I know they are both professional makeup artists, and it’s always fun to see what other people think your makeup should look like.

3. What celeb do people think you look like?
I have a few answers for this … I get Liv Tyler all the time when my bangs are cut, or Zooey Deschanel. And, I have been wearing my glasses lately, and a lot of people are saying I look like Lisa Loeb.

4. What beauty product do you save for date night?
Things I only use on special occasions are, false lashes, eye patches, and vials of radiance serums, like the one from Lise Watier.

5. Which of your guy friends takes longer than you to get ready?
I have no guy friend that takes longer than I do to get ready. My ideal man will have a quick shower, throw on some clothes and be out the door.

6. If you could create your own miracle beauty product, what would it be?
Working in cosmetics, I can honestly say, if I could make a product that would work to peel away dark spots quickly and painlessly, that would be the money maker. Think of Neve Campbell on The Craft, when she had her skin grafts and all of her scars came off. Dark spots are the new wrinkle, and women will not tolerate them.

7. What’s your best beauty tip?
Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen. And regular exfoliation. And – I also see a huge difference in my skin when I am drinking lots of water. When I am not, my skin looks dull and crepey.

8. What beauty products do you love to splurge on?
I love to splurge on the palettes, and the sets that the cosmetic companies release, usually close to the holidays. I love kits that let me try slightly smaller sizes of a lot of different products.

9. Which beauty vloggers would you bring on a shopping spree?
I would probably bring Dulce Candy87, because she is a true shopaholic. From makeup, fashion, home décor .. that girl likes to shop for anything.

10. What is your signature scent?
Right now, I am so into the Limon Verde fragrance from Guerlain. I think it will be my summer love. Sabah also bought a new fragrance lately, and I am slowly trying to turn her off of it so I can wear it. Quick Tip: Friends don’t steal the signature scent of another friend.

11. I am on an endless quest for the perfect _________.
Foundation. I am obsessed with skin lately. Everything from super high coverage, to more dewy finishes, I am constantly trying to find the next best thing.

12. How many beauty products does it take to get you ready?
If it is just a day to day basis …. I would guess maybe … 8?

13. What lipstick/lip gloss is in your purse right now?
MAC Candy Yum Yum, MAC Crème Cup, Dior Serum de Rouge 760, and Chanel Rouge Coco Shine in Antigone and a Nivea lip balm.

14. Who is your celebrity beauty icon?
I really love Jenifer Lopez and Beyoncé for makeup looks. The glowy bronzy look is seriously consuming me right now.

15. Name the beauty brand you’d most love to be a spokesperson for?
This is an impossible question to answer. I love so many brands, but I am not loyal to any of them. Certain products yes, but no brand has the best of everything.

16. What’s your current nail polish?
I have no nail polish on my toes and my nails!

17. Fave mascara right now?
LancĂ´me Hypnose. Long time favorite, and I doubt it will ever be beat!

18. The last thing you bought at Sephora?
Last thing I bought was the Royal Beauty Blender. It’s such a pretty Radiant Orchid Color.

19. I try never to be seen without wearing _______.
My Brows. Days that I wear nothing else, I will still fill my brows in.

20. What’s one beauty product you’d always recommend?
Bioderma. And a clarisonic. Very often, people come in looking for makeup to fix their issues, but the makeup will only look as good as the skin underneath the makeup. Take care of your skin!!

I loved the questions of this tag! I tag every beauty blogger that hasn’t done this tag yet to do it!

Tag Wednesday: The Seven Sins of Beauty Tag!

1. Greed: What is your most inexpensive beauty product?

My ELF products for sure. Perfect example, the eyelid primer that I got for $1.00!

What is your most expensive beauty product?

Probably my clarisonic … But if I had to choose makeup … It would probably be one of my palettes. Like my “A few of my favorite things” palette. That costed me around $80.00 I believe.

2. Wrath: What beauty product do you have a love/hate relationship with?

Eyeliner. More specifically, eyeliner on my waterline. I love the way it looks, but I hate taking it off at the end of the day.

3. Gluttony: What are your most delicious beauty products?

I love my Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer, I have had it for so long, and I don’t think I have used it once without smelling it first. I have one from Bourjois that smelled of chocolate as well, but it lost it’s scent after about a month.

4. Sloth: What beauty product do you neglect due to laziness?

Anything to do with my nails. Cuticle oils, nail polishes, files, the whole bit. I am SO bad at maintaining my nails.

5. Pride: What beauty product gives you the most self-confidence?

Anything that makes my skin look great. I am on such a skincare kick lately, and I truly think that makeup only looks as good as the skin you’re putting it on.

6. Lust: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex?

Not sure what this has to do with beauty, but I love manly men. Someone who can use their hands, get dirty, and fix things for me. Also, they have to make me laugh, not take themselves too seriously, and preferably be super tall with a square jawline! 🙂

7. Envy: What product would you most like to receive as a gift?

This one is easy. The NARS blush palette I so regret not buying, or the hourglass ambient powder palette that was available last holiday! Retail regret is the worst …

Tag Wednesday: 10 Little Secrets Tag

1. What is one product that makes you feel like a million dollars?
I really feel like a good coverage, dewy looking foundation does that for me. I have been so obsessed lately with highlighting and dewy skin, and I feel great when my skin is radiant!

2. What is your skin care secret/passed down tip?
Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen! And also, sleep has a big effect on my skin. If I have missed a few nights of sleep, my face shows it.

3. What is your hair care secret?
I always try my best to not wash my hair for as long as I can. It took me awhile to get on board, but I have seen a big difference in the health of my hair since I stopped over washing. I also feel like a bonafide expert on dry shampoos now.

4. What is your diet rule?
My diet rule is, don’t diet. Eat whatever you want in moderation, and grow up and eat vegetables. There is almost nothing that irritates me more than picky eaters, or people who are snobs about vegetables.

5. Workout tips?
Again, I don’t workout very often. I walk my dog, I shop a lot … That’s enough right? I played sports all through school, and I do miss playing basketball.

6. What perfume is your secret weapon?
For me, Versace Bright Crystal is probably my favorite. That stuff smells so good, and my body chemistry works well with it.

7. An item of clothing that always turns heads?
I always get compliments on a deep purple maxi dress, that I got at a thrift store. It has a braided waistband, and looks very Grecian. And it was $3.99 🙂

8. Most treasured peice of jewelry?
My boyfriend gave me a necklace a few Christmases ago, and I wear it damn near everyday. It has gold and silver in it, and I love that it goes with all of my watches.

9. Who is your style crush?
I love Sarah Jessica Parker, as Carrie Bradshaw and also as herself. No matter what she has on, she always looks amazing. That girl has super confidence. I also love Jennifer Lopez’s style.

10. Tell us something we don’t know about you.
I will use a product up no matter if I like it or not. Example: I used a retinol ROC cream the other day, and I had a reaction, so now I am using it on my chest before bed, to prevent that dreaded line between the boobs that women get. I’m also using Clarins Daily Energizer Cleansing Gel as a body wash, because my face also didn’t like that.

I tag all of you beauty bloggers that haven’t done this yet!

This is going to be FUN! I need everyone to drop whatever you are doing, lose any frugalness, and do the princess tag with me. This tag asks you what your absolute high end favorite products are. If there are any other beauty bloggers that haven’t done this tag as of yet, I tag you! Can’t wait to see everyone’s splurges!

FOUNDATION- Clarins Everlasting Foundation is one of my absolute favorites. I do have a few other high end foundations I love, but Clarins is always the one I come back to. The scent is super fresh, the coverage is awesome, and it lasts all day on my skin! Retail $41.00 CAD

CONCEALER- Clarins Instant Concealer has been an absolute obsession for me lately. Shade two works so well on my undereye circles, and even though it has a pinky undertone, I can use it on my face as well! Retail $32.00 CAD

POWDER- Smashbox Halo powder has to be the answer. This stuff is amazing for dry skin. It looks so natural on the skin, and has anti-aging properties that actually blur the look of your lines. It has been nominated for a Nobel Prize for it’s advanced technology, and it deserves every bit of the rave it gets! HG product! Retail $72 CAD

BRONZER- I had a hard time with this one … and honestly, I have no answer. I have used so many expensive bronzers, like NARS Laguna, Benefit Hoola, LancĂ´me, Smashbox etc, and I still honestly reach for my NYC Bronzer in Sunny on a daily basis over all of those high end brands!

BLUSH- Where do I even start!? Any Benefit blush, Dior Rosy Glow, NARS Blush in Mata Hari … All of those retail between $30-$40 CAD, and I can’t pick a favorite!!

HIGHLIGHTER- Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Powder is by far my favorite highlighter I have. I have recently started to use it as a face powder because I am so obsessed with the glow it gives my skin. Retail $47 CAD

EYESHADOW- Any of my naked palettes. They all retail for $62 CAD and I would never trade these for anything.

EYELINER- NARS larger than life in Via Veneto! It is so creamy, long lasting, and it wears beautifully in the waterline! Retail $28 CAD

MASCARA- LancĂ´me Hypnose. I would scream it from the rooftops if I could. This mascara is simply the best, and I cant see myself ever loving anything more than I love this. Retail $31.50 CAD

LIP LINER- This is another one that I’m really not too fussy about. I love my lip liners from Rimmel and Essence. Save your money and splurge on something else!

LIPSTICK- Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte lipsticks rock my world. They are so expensive but they are so creamy and full color, and the packaging just cannot be beat. If you are a makeup junkie, you need at LEAST one of these in your collection. Retail $39.00 CAD

LIP GLOSS- Lise Watier Haute Lumiere Glosses. These are so amazing. They have such great color pay off, they are moisturizing and they feel so comfortable on the lips. The packaging is also fun, since it has the built in light. I have about 5 of these glosses, and I will continue to grow my collection. These are the kinds of glosses that you can wear without a lipstick underneath and still have full color.

BROWS- Nothing has beat out my ELF eyebrow kit so far. I can tell you I have tried a Chanel brow pencil, and it was a horrible experience!!

NAIL POLISH- Again, I am not one to spend a lot of money on Nail Polish. Everyone that knows me knows about my Bikini so Teeny fiasco, and how much I dislike Essie because of it. My favorite polishes are Sally Hansen Extreme Wear, I just wish they would come out with some neutral shades!!

MISC – e.g. candle, hair product etc – My Clarins High Definition Body Lift product is always a splurge for me. It retails for $65 CAD, but I can’t be without it. If you are ever looking for a cellulite cream, that one is gold in a bottle.
