May Favorites 2014!

This month like most others, has been full of new products, falling in love with some old forgotten gems, and getting recommendations from a ton of people of things to try. Let’s dive right into this and get started!

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat: My boss actually recommended this to me, as she has gone through numerous bottles of it. I have never been someone to paint my nails over and over, but ever since this came into my life, (along with the Cauldalie hand cream) I have been rocking nail polish quite often. My nails are dry to the touch in 60 seconds, and super shiny. That’s all I really want from a nail polish! Would I repurchase? Absolutely!

Dove Body Wash: (Pistachio and Magnolia Scent) Who’s tired of hearing me rave about this body wash?? It is seriously incredible, thick enough to double as a shave foam, and I get compliments on how I smell every single time I use this product. I will repurchase over and over and over.

Benefit Lolli Balm: When these initially launched, I was honestly a bit upset with the pigmentation. I wanted them to be stronger, like my beloved Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me. The formula is absolutely incredible though. They are so smooth, and don’t wear off of my lips in the gross way some lip products do. However, my shade (Lolli Balm) came into my life at the perfect time. It is absolutely amazing on top of my favorite lipstick of this month! (Keep reading!)

MAC Cremesheen lipstick in Goddess of the Sea: I guess I wanted to tap into my inner Sabah, and I bought a purple lipstick. This shade is so gorgeous, and it makes my blue eyes really pop when I wear it. My beef with MAC lipsticks, is that they dry my lips out. But I couldn`t resist the packaging of the Aquatic collection, so I caved. And with Lolli Balm on top, these two get it done.

St. Tropez bronzing Mousse: Everyone that knows me, knows I am a self tan junkie. And once I found this one, I have stopped looking for my perfect partner. We are pretty much married, and I am ok with it. I have been using it more often than normal now that the weather is warming up, and I am falling in love with it all over again.

Kerestase Nectar Thermique and Moroccan Oil: I have been loving the Kerestase heat protectant for quite awhile, but someone told me earlier this month, if I mix it in with a pump of hair oil, it will do wonders for my hair. There will be a post about this in the next few days, and if you are looking for soft manageable hair, you`re going to want to read it!

Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Serum: I will prepare myself for the heat that I will get from the girls on this one, but I am in love with this serum. It smells amazing, doesn`t irritate my super reactive skin, and keeps my skin hydrated. I have been using this for about two weeks and I am excited everytime I reach for it.
